Tamada Sake Brewery will exhibit at the “Spring Sake Tasting,” an annual event that marks the start of spring in Aomori.
As a new initiative this year, there will be booths from local restaurants offering “snacks that pair well with sake.” Please join us for a lovely spring evening with delicious sake.
Event Overview
- Event: Spring Sake Tasting (hosted by Sasaki Tsuru Saketen)
- Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
- Time: Doors open 18:00 / Starts 18:30
- Venue: Toyomeikan Hall (豊明館), Tsuruta (across from Tsuruta Town Hall)
- Capacity: Limited to 200 attendees
- Tickets: ¥6,000 (tax included) / Includes one glass of sake and one serving of soba
New Feature: Restaurant Collaboration “Snacks that Pair with Sake” Booths
Starting this year, restaurant booths will be set up inside the venue. Guests can purchase small plates that pair with the sake selections.
Details of participating restaurants will be announced later by the organizer.
