海の日、BottleShop はなうたに"さけ飲みの森"が集まります。 ワイン、シードル、日本酒。それぞれの造り手が一堂に会し、 その場で直接お酒を注いでくれる一日限りの催しです。 つくり手の言葉を聞きながら味わう一杯は、格別のひととき。 軽やかなフードもご用意して、皆さまのお越しをお待ちしています。 さけ飲みなら、どなたでもお気軽にお越しください。 ■ 開催概要 日時：2026年7月20日(月・祝)13:00〜18:00 会場：BottleShop はなうた 店内・テラス ■ 出店蔵 ・hirosaki craft wines(ワイン) ・zattana(シードル) ・カネタ玉田酒造店(日本酒) ■ フード ・ヤバインミー(バインミー) ・はなうた(生ハム 等) ■ 玉田酒造店より「はなうた一風」 カネタ玉田酒造店からは、 はなうたさんとのスペシャルコラボにより 誕生したスパークリング「はなうた一風」をご用意します。 今年は醪の発酵がよく進み、栓を開けた瞬間に あふれ出すほどの、いきいきとした発泡感が魅力です。 アルコール度数は控えめで、飲み口は軽やか。 ワイングラスで、シュワッと心地よくお楽しみいただけます。 フレッシュチーズやナッツ、季節の果実、サラダなど、 軽やかな料理との相性も抜群です。 造り手が注ぐ一杯を、ぜひこの機会に。 皆さまのご来店を、心よりお待ちしております。
On Marine Day, the “Sake-Lovers’ Forest” will gather at BottleShop Hanauta.
Wine, cider, and sake makers will come together for this one-day-only event,
pouring their drinks for guests in person.
A glass enjoyed while listening to the makers’ own stories
is sure to become a truly special moment.
Light food will also be available.
All sake lovers — and anyone who enjoys a good drink — are warmly welcome.

From Kaneta Tamada Sake Brewery,
we will be serving “Hanauta Ippu,”
a sparkling sake born from a special collaboration with Hanauta.
This year, the moromi fermentation progressed beautifully,
creating a lively sparkle so vibrant that it may overflow
the moment the bottle is opened.
With a lower alcohol content and a light, refreshing taste,
it is perfect to enjoy in a wine glass,
with its pleasant, crisp effervescence.
It pairs wonderfully with light dishes such as fresh cheese,
nuts, seasonal fruits, and salads.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy a glass
poured directly by the maker.
